I feel bad leaving a 4 star review, because the food there is always excellent and all the employees are great…especially for dealing with drunk tourists every night. Except for the bigger woman behind the counter, she 100% needs her attitude checked. Absolutely rude behavior to me for no reason whatsoever, the machine didn’t print my receipt and she acts like it’s my fault. I need to give praise to all the other employees though, that place looks tough to work at. I see other people complaining that it’s slightly dirty and garbage on the tables…mother fugger it’s fast food, it’s not the employees fault that people are scumbags and don’t throw out their trash during peak rush hour. Put the damn garbage in the bin people, it would make everyone’s life easier.

This place is always busy. I know the employees have tried their best. It's not an Uber eats driver friendly place cause you have to park far away and have to wait for a while with no pay. The missing star is because of the food delivery companies. They DON'T pay for waiting! As a customer, please order from other macca's to show some mercy to the drivers. The drivers appreciated.

Your usual McDonald’s.. in cairns city.. came here in the morning.. it was not packed..got food quickly. Nothing more to add.. happy McDonalding..

After a long night of work someone from staff name « wells » took my order in the most polite way even so he was underwhelmed by other orders, and had to prepare alone all the orders, he managed to satisfy me needs and others. Wish I had a dedicated staff as him… thank you for your hard work and dedication.
